If your telescope is malfunctioning in any way, I would be happy to take a look at it. I should be able to diagnose and fix the most common problems.
Optical issues and collimation are usually very easy to remedy and I would be happy to teach you how to do it yourself. Other mechanical issues with
the mount, ota or tripod are also common problems that do not require much work to fix.
Computer, electronic and Goto system malfunctions are issues I cannot repair, but I will be able to diagnose the problem and
send you in the right direction. Due to the complexities of these systems, the telescope or mount usually must be sent back to
the manufacturer.
